America is cracking in regards to Iran and its nuclear capabilities. American experts are even calling for limited enrichment capabilities or “strict nuclear transparaency.” This a completely different approach from the “zero centrifuges” policy of before before thanks to the newest NIE report. The newest viable option is allowing a limited number of cascades of centrifuges (so far its been four). Iran argues that it could have up to 18 cascades without being able to produce bombs. In a recent NY times article US pundits called for a strict nuclear transparency and full IAEA(international atomic energy agency) monitoring of Irans nuclear programs. Perhaps its finally time to reconsider international and American sanctions against Iran and start negotiating for some viable options because otherwise the Iran nuclear crisis will never end.
